The Process Velocity Roadmap was developed through years of experience helping teams apply different ways of working to find the solutions that create velocity.

 

Getting Started

The Roadmap starts with an Introductory Meeting between a Bag End Software coach and your company’s leadership. This meeting gives us a chance to get to know each other and review the Velocity Roadmap. If this is a good opportunity for us to work together, we can schedule the first workshop.

Visualize Your Process

In this full day Visualization Workshop, your team will implement the key concepts and start generating velocity. You will leave with a single system and the tools to be used over the next 30 days to keep your process on track.

Increase Velocity

In about 30 days after the Visualization Workshop, you will spend half a day learning how to evaluate the success of your process. This Survey Workshop helps you get a high-level view of how the visualization concepts are being used.

A few weeks later, you will spend another half day with a Bag End Software coach in the Upgrade Workshop. You will learn how to identify where change needs to take place and how to make those changes to improve your velocity.

Maintain Velocity

All systems require maintenance from time to time. Through a quarterly Accelerator Workshop our coach will help you maintain velocity by evaluating your success and making incremental adjustments.
